How do I edit my account details?

You can edit your profile information, password, notifications settings, plans, organization details and users within your account settings.

  1. Login to your WayBase account.
  2. Go to the account drop-down menu at the top right corner, and click on 'Account Settings'. On the left panel, you will be able to find the following fields to edit :
    1. Profile Information - This includes personal details like name, email address and profile picture, if any.
    2. Change Password : You can update your password here, if required.
    3. Notifications : Any saved notification can be changed or deleted here.
    4. Organization Details : For your organization account, you can change the organization details here, including organization name, phone number, address and logo.
    5. Users : Click here to learn more about how to add users to your account.

  3. To convert your personal account into an organization account, click on My Accounts in the account drop down menu at the top right corner of the page, click on ‘Create Organization Account'. Here, you will be prompted to select a subscription plan and enter your organization details.
